"Archival" refers to materials or processes that are designed to preserve and endure over time, often with the goal of protecting documents, artworks, photographs, or other items from deterioration or degradation.
What makes it "Archival" quality?
Archival materials are typically acid-free, lignin-free, and made from high-quality, durable substances to resist yellowing, fading, and other forms of damage. In our case we use archival quality paper and high-quality pigmented inks, delivered via a process aimed at ensuring the longevity of your print.
How do I order prints?
If you have a ready-to-print file setup with us, order prints is as easy as a call or email to advise the image file, size, paper type and quantity. We will send you a confirmation with these details and, once confirmed, your prints will go into production.
If you are yet to produce a file with us for your artwork, we can help you with this process.
How do I know each print is the same?
When we develop your Master File and produce your test prints, your paper selection is matched with a unique color/print profile which is kept on record. Each time you reprint, the same profile is used, ensuring each print is the same.
Are your prints Archival quality?
Yes! We use the finest quality papers from Canson, Genuine Canon Pigment Ink and Professional Grade Canon Printers.
